Our Nagpur office for Kalpataru Powewr Transmission Ltd is at 4A, Shesh Nagar. Nagpur is known for its heat, and being in Shesh Nagar, we definitely feel it. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage the power transmission projects for this part of the state. We have been here for a while and the neighborhood knows us. It’s a practical setup with a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps of the power grid on the walls. Most of our work happens out in the field, so the office is often a place for quick meetings before heading out to the sites. We deal with a lot of equipment and scheduling. It takes a lot of effort to make sure everything is running on time. We don’t have a big fancy entrance or a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and find someone working at a computer or talking on the phone with a site supervisor. The work is steady and keeps us busy from early morning until late. We focus on the nuts and bolts of the transmission business. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or broken parts, but that is just how it goes in this industry. We like being in Nagpur. The people are friendly and the work keeps us grounded. We just take things as they come and do our best to stay organized. It is not always easy but we get through the work.
