Jk & Sons Educare Private Limited operates out of Kharbi in Nagpur Urban. Our physical location is Khasara No 72/1, right across from Gaidhane Madam’s house. If you know the Kharbi area, you probably know the landmarks around here. It’s a growing part of the city, so there’s always some construction or new activity nearby. Our office is a practical space. We haven't spent much on decorations; instead, we have plenty of desks and shelves for all the educare materials we handle. It's a family-run sort of feel, even if we are a private limited company. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us for a bit. We don't have a polished corporate handbook. We just know how we like things done and we stick to that. Every morning starts with a quick chat about what needs to be finished. We deal with various education tasks, and sometimes it gets a bit messy with papers everywhere. But we know where everything is. The Nagpur weather can be tough, but we have a decent cooling system to keep us going. We don't do much in the way of fancy outreach. Most people hear about Jk & Sons from someone they know in the neighborhood. It’s just a straightforward business where we focus on the work and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by the office in person or gives us a call.
