We are based out in Katol, which is a bit of a drive from Nagpur. Our place is in Pethbudhwar, specifically Ward No 2. You might know it as the Yogita M Dambhale address. It’s a quieter area compared to the big cities, which suits the way we work just fine. Being Hr Consultants in a place like this means we know a lot of the local people and we understand what they are looking for when it comes to work. It’s a small operation we run here. Most of our work involves helping local businesses find staff they can actually trust. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. It's more of a home-grown setup that has grown over time. We spend our mornings going through local applications and our afternoons making calls to see who might be a good fit for an open role. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to meet clients over in Nagpur, but mostly we are right here in Katol. People know where to find us if they need some help with hiring or if they are looking for a new start themselves. It’s honest, plain work. We don't use big words or pretend to be some giant firm. We just handle the HR side of things so other business owners can focus on what they do best. The weather gets really hot here in the summer, but the office stays busy regardless. We’ve been at this address for a while and we like it here. It's a simple life.
