We are located over at Plot Number 101 in Jayprakash Nagar, which is part of the Narkesari Layout here in Khamala, Nagpur. It’s a decent area and our office is just a regular place where we try to match people with the right jobs. We have been here in the 440025 zip code for some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with computers and a couple of chairs for visitors. We spend most of our time looking through lists of names and calling up companies to see who they need. It gets quite hot in Nagpur during the summer, so we keep the fans going and try to stay productive. We aren't one of those big fancy agencies you see in the movies. It’s just us doing the daily grind of recruitment. People walk in with their printed CVs, and we have a chat about what they can do. Sometimes we can help right away, and other times it takes a while to find something that fits. We know the layout of this city well and have seen how the local businesses have changed over the years. It’s just a practical, small-scale operation where we focus on getting the tasks done without any extra fluff or complicated systems. We take our notes, make our calls, and hope for the best for the people visiting us.
