Our office is located at Plot Number R-268 in the Reshimbag area of Nagpur. We are quite close to the Smurti Mandir, which is a big landmark around here, so most people don't get lost. It’s a decent spot in the city. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few chairs for people to wait and some desks where we keep all the insurance documents. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens and filling out forms, actually. People from the neighborhood drop by frequently. Some come to pay premiums and others just want to check on the status of their claims or something like that. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the files, it can get a bit messy sometimes. The heat in Nagpur can be quite something in the summer, so we keep the coolers running most of the day. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a local office in a regular building. We know many of the regulars who come by to see us. I guess we don't use a lot of complicated words when we talk to folks about their policies. We just tell them what they need to know. Usually, we start work early before the sun gets too high. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we go for quick breaks. It’s a quiet life here in Reshimbag. We just handle the insurance tasks and make sure the records are kept safe. It’s a practical setup for the work we do every day.
