Our place is located right near Sumit Lodge, tucked just behind the St Stand in Saoner. It is in the Nagpur district, zip 441107, for anyone trying to find us on a map. Being so close to the bus stand means it is always a bit loud with travelers and buses coming and going at all hours. Harshal Engineering Services isn't a fancy office with air conditioning or glass walls. It is more of a practical workshop where we spend our time getting our hands dirty. Sometimes the power goes out unexpectedly, or the monsoon rain makes things a bit messy around the entrance, but that is just part of life here. We have been at this specific spot for quite some time now. Most of the locals know exactly where to find us if they need help with something technical. We don't use big corporate words or try to impress anyone with titles. We just take the jobs as they come in. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, and other times we might close up a bit early if things are slow. It is a bit of a maze finding the door if you haven't been here before, but once you see the lodge, you are basically there. We enjoy the local food stalls nearby during our lunch breaks. It is a decent place to work, even if it gets a bit crowded. We aren't looking to grow into some massive firm.
