We are over at 60 Vithhal Nagar, right by the Chikhali Layout on Manewada Ring Road in Nagpur. Geo System Reserech Consultant I Pvt Ltd is a long name for a place that feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We’ve got maps and data sheets all over the place. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so our old air conditioner works overtime. We have a few desks pushed together and a corner where we keep the tea kettle. It’s a local operation. We spent a lot of time figuring out the roads and layouts around here. The Ring Road is always noisy, but you get used to the sound of trucks passing by. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the technical details well. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look at the systems and try to make sense of them. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which gives us time to chat about the local cricket scores. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the research work that needs to be finished. We have files stacked up in the back room that go back years. Usually, we head out around six in the evening once the traffic on the Ring Road settles down a bit.
