Our workplace is located at Flat No 203 on the second floor of Universal Mansion. This is on Plot No 12 in New Sneh Nagar, right off the main Wardha Road in Nagpur. Wardha Road is one of the busiest parts of the city, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Universal Mansion is a sturdy building that’s been here for a while. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is usually packed with cars and people. Fullerton India Credit Co Ltd operates from this flat. It’s a standard Nagpur office setup—nothing too over-the-top, just a place where we can sit down and focus on the numbers. We have a few rooms filled with desks and the usual office equipment. The 440025 area is a good spot because it’s easy for people to find. We get a mix of sounds from the traffic on Wardha Road and the quieter vibe of the Sneh Nagar residential side. The office feels lived-in and busy. We spend our mornings sorting through mail and our afternoons on the phone. It’s a straightforward environment without any corporate gloss.
