Our spot for Frost Sullivan India P Ltd is in Nagpur, specifically on the second floor of House No 184 C in Ward No 31. We are right near the Pakwasa Girls High School in the Itwari area. It’s a very crowded part of town, especially on market days when the roads are packed. The streets are full of people and goods moving around constantly. We have a simple setup upstairs in the house. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s okay for us. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks, some chairs, and a few old fans that make a bit of noise while they spin around. Being near the school means it gets quite loud when the classes let out in the afternoon, but we’ve gotten used to the sound by now. We do all our work from this one floor. There isn't a separate break room or anything like that; we usually just eat our lunch at our desks. It’s a very honest and simple way of working. We don't have a big budget for fancy decorations, so we just focus on the tasks at hand. It gets very hot in Nagpur during the summer months, so we try to get most of our heavy work done early. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. It’s a tight-knit community here in this part of Nagpur.
