Fresh Engineering Graduate

This is a bit of a unique setup because we are operating out of Kaveri Girls Hostel. It's part of the Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science in Ramtek. Living and working in a place like Nagpur means dealing with some serious heat, especially during exam season. We are basically a group of students and graduates who wanted to do something more than just attend lectures. Since we are based right here on the campus, most of our day is spent between the library and our small workspace. It’s not a formal business office by any means. It’s more of a place where we brainstorm and try to put our degrees to use. Ramtek is a quiet place, quite different from the main Nagpur city. We spend a lot of time talking about engineering and how to fix things. Most of the people we help are other students or folks from the nearby area. It’s a bit cramped with all the books and equipment everywhere. We don’t have much in the way of fancy furniture. Just some chairs, a couple of old tables, and our laptops. It's a start, though. We’re learning as we go, making plenty of mistakes, but that’s how it works when you’re just starting out in this field. We share our meals in the mess and then get back to work. It is just us fresh engineering graduates figuring out the world one day at a time.
