Freelancer

We are over at Srishti 103 on Mount Road in Civil Lines. It is right behind Hotel Upvan, which is how most people find us since the hotel is a pretty well-known spot in Nagpur. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we keep our files and computers. I’ve lived in Nagpur most of my life, so setting up Freelancer here made sense. It’s a quiet part of town, which helps when you need to focus. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and we just sit here with the fan on full blast trying to get through the pile of work. It is a small operation. I have one other person who helps me out with the paperwork and the odd jobs that pop up. We aren't trying to be some big company. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. The building is a bit older, but it’s sturdy and the neighbors are nice enough. Most of our days are spent just typing away or talking to people who drop by. It’s a practical setup for us. No fancy lobby or anything like that, just a door with the name on it. We like it this way because it’s easy to manage and we don’t have to worry about much else. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks, just chatting about nothing important.
