Living and working in Nagpur is something else, especially over here at Jay Durga Society. We have our little setup at Plot 3510/13. It is mostly about the chemicals and tech stuff, but we do not make it sound harder than it actually is. Most days it is just us checking the containers and making sure the orders are lined up for the next morning. The neighborhood is usually pretty busy with plenty of noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are not some big giant firm with fancy lobbies and people in suits. It is just a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at spreadsheets to keep track of what is coming and going. Sometimes the heat in Nagpur really gets to you, so we take our breaks in the shade when we can. We handle a lot of different chemical products and that requires being very careful. No one wants a mess on the floor. It is practical, everyday work. We have got some good people here who know their way around the supplies. We do not really do anything flashy at all. We just make sure the tech and chemical side of things stays moving. It involves a lot of manual checking and basic routine. We just keep our heads down and work.
