Ravi Agro

Ravi Agro is located in the Khobragade Complex, right on the Main Road. It’s a pretty central spot, which is good because farmers come from all over the area to see us. We have all sorts of stuff for the fields, from seeds to tools that help with the harvest. Opposite us is the Jayant Talkies, which used to be more crowded in the old days. Now, it's just a landmark people use to find our shop. The main road is always busy with tractors and motorcycles. We keep the shop open early because that is when the work starts for most of our regulars. The floor is often muddy during the monsoon season, but that is just part of being in the agro business. We have a small back room where we keep the heavier bags of fertilizer and feed. My nephew helps me with the lifting these days since my back isn't what it used to be. We don't do much advertising. People just know we are here in the complex. Sometimes we sit and talk for an hour with a customer about the rain and how the crops are doing. It's more than just a transaction; it's about knowing the people in the community. The shop hasn't changed much in twenty years, and I don't think it needs to. We just provide what is needed for the season.
