Burhani Krishi Kendra

We set up Burhani Krishi Kendra right near the Hawai Jahaj Haweli, which everyone around here knows. It’s a handy spot for the farmers coming in from the nearby fields. We keep a stock of what is needed for the season. If it is planting time, we have seeds and if it is later, we have other stuff. The shop isn't very big, so things are piled up a bit, but we know where everything is. You might have to wait a minute if we are busy talking to someone about their crops. People around here like to chat about the weather and how the soil is looking this year. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of our customers by their first names. It’s mostly just us working behind the counter. The shelves are full of bags and containers. Sometimes the floor gets a little muddy when it rains, but that’s just part of being in this line of work. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. Just the basics that people need to get their work done. It is a quiet enough spot most days unless it is right before the monsoon. Then everyone is in a hurry. We just try to keep up with the demand and make sure we have enough in the back room to help out everyone who comes by.
