Neelam Pest And Agro Industries is located at Plot No-U-108 in the MIDC industrial estate. We are quite close to the Murli Agro Company, so there is always a lot of industrial activity around us. The air here usually has a faint smell of chemicals and agro-products because of what we handle. It is a large warehouse space with high ceilings where we store products for pest control and farming needs. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and making sure everything is labeled correctly for dispatch. It is an industrial area, so we do not get many casual visitors; it is mostly truck drivers and business representatives. The office part is just a small partitioned area that we try to keep clean, though the dust from the MIDC roads always finds its way in. We drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going through the long afternoons. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but it is important to get the right supplies to the farmers and pest control operators. We have been at this plot for several years now. It is a good spot for logistics because the big trucks can get in and out easily. We do not have a showroom or anything like that. It is strictly a working warehouse where we focus on the task at hand. It is quiet once the sun goes down and the other factories close for the day.
