Plot 51 in the Chhaoni area is where we keep our office. You have to go behind Punam Chambers in Vijay Nagar to find us. We’ve been working as engineers and doing interiors from this spot for a good bit now. It’s a mix of structural stuff and making the inside of buildings look decent. We aren't the type to have a big polished lobby. It’s more of a workspace with drawings and material swatches everywhere. Most of our time is spent figuring out how to make a room functional without breaking the bank. Nagpur has its own style, and we try to stick to what works for the local climate. Chhaoni is a decent place to work from, and being behind Punam Chambers makes it a bit quieter than the main road. We handle the plumbing and electrical thoughts along with the furniture layout. It’s a lot of detail work that people don't always see. We just like getting things done right the first time. Sometimes we’re at the site in Vijay Nagar, and other times we’re here at the 440013 address. It’s just us doing our thing, trying to help people get their spaces finished. No big sales pitches, just engineering and design work that stays solid over the years. We find that being honest about what can be built saves everyone a lot of trouble later on.
