Our base is over at Girish Heights, specifically Flat 501. We are right by LIC Square on Kamptee Road in Nagpur. It's a busy part of town. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open, which they usually are during the cooler months. We've been in this building for some time now. It’s a good central location for us. Nagpur is a different pace than Delhi or Mumbai, and we like that. Things move a bit slower, but we still keep busy. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a very old fridge that makes a weird humming noise. We don't bother fixing it because it still keeps the water cold. Most of our day is spent on the phone or at our computers. We are just a local group of people doing our thing. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just who we are. We know the security guards at the gate and the shop owners downstairs. Sometimes we go down to the square to grab a snack in the evening. It’s a simple routine. We don’t try to act like we’re more than we are. We just work hard in room 501 and hope for the best at the end of the month. It’s not a fancy life, but it suits us well enough. We keep some plants by the window, but we usually forget to water them, so they aren't looking their best right now.
