Club Mahindra Holidays

Our place is in Surksha Nagar, which is out in Wadi on the Amravati Road side of Nagpur. The house number is 48. It’s actually where I live too, so the line between work and home is often a bit blurry. We’ve been running things for Club Mahindra Holidays from here for a long time. People usually call the landline first to see if I’m in before they drop by. It’s a quiet area, mostly families living around. I have a small office set up in the front room of the house. It’s got a big desk and plenty of files stacked up. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks while I’m on a call, but people don't seem to mind much. It’s just how it is. We handle a lot of local queries from people who live nearby. It’s easier for folks in Wadi to come see me here than to go all the way into the main city traffic. I’ve lived in Nagpur all my life, so I know my way around the streets quite well. The office isn't fancy, just functional with what we need. I spend a lot of time on the phone, explaining things and checking dates on the computer. It’s steady work. We don't have a team of people, it’s mostly just me and occasionally someone helping with the admin work. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big office. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out.
