Our place is located at 23, Ambhazari Layout in Nagpur. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We focus on engineering work, which means a lot of technical calculations and site visits. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. Nagpur gets really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are running. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group of people who actually enjoy the technical side of building things. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our meetings are usually just us sitting around a table with some tea, talking about the current project. We try to be honest with people about how long things will take and what they will cost. There’s no point in making promises we can’t keep. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate on a design. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it’s a local operation. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just rely on the work we’ve already done to show what we are capable of doing. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it’s kept us going all these years. We just keep our heads down and do the work properly.
