Career India Ltd is located in Kamptee, near the Niyaz Ali Manzl, right by the Old Bhaji Mandi in the Nagpur district. Being near the vegetable market means the mornings are always very loud and busy, which we have actually grown to like over the years. It feels like we are right in the heart of where things are happening. The office is an older space, and you can feel the history of the neighborhood when you walk in. We have been here for a long time, helping local folks find work and navigate the job market. It’s a straightforward setup—lots of folders, a few old computers, and plenty of chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don't have any of those modern open-plan office features. It’s just simple rooms with doors and a lot of paper everywhere. The air can get a bit dusty from the market outside, so we are constantly cleaning off the desks. People from all over the district come to see us because we have been around so long and they know we are here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do right by the people who come into our office near the Mandi. It’s simple work, but it feels important to the community here in Kamptee. We usually close up once the market settles down in the evening.
