Our office is in a regular building that fits right in with the houses and shops around it. Inside, things are kept very basic. We have our desks, some chairs for when we need to talk things over, and plenty of space for our files. In Nagpur, it gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so our fans are always running. It’s not a high-end corporate space with central air conditioning and fancy lights. It’s just a place where we can focus on our consulting tasks. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a big desk. Usually, one of us just looks up when the door opens. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people on the phone. The street outside is usually quiet enough that we don't get too distracted. We appreciate the simple nature of our workspace. It’s honest and functional. We have a small area for making tea and taking short breaks. It’s just a regular office where we put in our hours and try to stay on top of our projects. Being in Lokasewa Nagar works well for us and the staff because it feels like a real community rather than a business park.
