Ashish Shrivastva is usually around, keeping an eye on everything. We don't have any big brochures or a polished sales pitch. If someone comes by, they just see us working at our desks. Nagpur can get really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the cooler is working right. It’s just a normal part of life here. We don’t use a lot of complicated systems.
