You’ll find Asahi Kesai Chemfield Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. B-40/7 in the MIDC area of Kalmeshwar. Like most places in the industrial zone, our setup is built for function over form. We have a decent-sized plot where we handle our chemical processing and storage. The building itself is a standard industrial structure with high ceilings and plenty of room for equipment. Working in Kalmeshwar means we are surrounded by other factories and plants, so it’s a very work-focused environment. The roads here are usually filled with trucks and workers during shift changes. Our office is just a small part of the overall facility, tucked away near the front gate. It’s where we handle the paperwork and coordinate with the production team. We don’t have any fancy landscaping or a polished showroom. It’s mostly just concrete, metal, and the machinery we need to do our jobs. The staff here are mostly local folks who know their way around the MIDC. We have a small break area where we eat lunch and talk about the day's tasks. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we keep at it. We focus on getting the product right and making sure the shipments are ready when the trucks arrive. It’s a solid, no-nonsense place to work, and that’s how we like it. We have been here for years now.
