Premier Chems (India)

Our business, Premier Chems (India), is based out of C-48 in the MIDC Industrial Estate. If you’ve spent any time driving around this estate, you know it’s a massive place with lots of different units. We are just one of the many sites here. The unit at C-48 is where we do all our mixing and storage. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly tanks and barrels and guys moving things around. We’ve been here for a good while, so we’re used to the rhythm of the industrial zone. The roads get pretty packed with tempos and lorries, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their shifts. We don't have a big corporate front office. Usually, if someone comes by, they just find us in the back or near the loading area. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We handle a variety of chemical products and spend our days making sure orders are filled. The electricity can be a bit patchy sometimes in the estate, but we manage to keep things going regardless. It’s a tough environment but it suits what we do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand. Being in MIDC makes sense for a company like ours since everything we need is nearby. The work is hard but it is what we know. We just stay here and do the job.
