Marvellous Chemicals & Foods Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. J-15 on the MIDC Hingna Road. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside. Our place is right in the middle of all that action. We’ve got a factory floor and a small office section where we handle all the paperwork. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because of all the production work going on, but it’s a place where real things get made. We’ve been at Plot No. J-15 for quite a few years now. The staff here mostly lives nearby in the area, so we’re all pretty close. We don't have a big corporate HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out in the break room over lunch. Hingna Road is always busy, which is good for business but a real headache for parking sometimes. We produce what we need to and try to keep the machines running smoothly. Some of the equipment is a bit older, but it still gets the job done for us. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just say things as they are. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. Marvellous Chemicals & Foods is just a group of people working together to make a living in a busy industrial zone. We like the work we do.
