Our place, Shamlax Metachem Pvt. Ltd., is located at Ns-19-22 Nieces Limited Uppalwadi on Kamptee Road. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we are easy to find once you get into the Uppalwadi area. We work with a mix of metal and chemical processes here. The facility is fairly large because we need the space for the different stages of our work. Kamptee Road is usually busy, and we get a lot of dust from the passing trucks. Inside, the place is organized but definitely looks like a working plant. We have been here for a good while and have seen the area change a bit over the years. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It is mostly about following the steps and making sure the chemicals and metals are handled the right way. The workers here are local folks who have been with us for a long time. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy reports. We just keep track of what we make and who needs it. Some days are long, and the work can be tiring, but we just get on with it. The shed stays cool enough in the mornings, but by the afternoon it gets quite warm. It is just a regular industrial setup where people come to work and go home. We just keep moving along.
