Asahi Kasei Chemfield Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot B-40/7 in the M.I.D.C. area of Palmeshwar. Being in the industrial zone means we are surrounded by factories and manufacturing plants. It’s a place where people come to work, not for sightseeing. Our facility is a standard industrial building designed for what we do. We’ve been here in Palmeshwar for quite a while now. The roads in the M.I.D.C. can be a bit rough sometimes, especially after the rains, but it’s where we need to be. There are plenty of trucks coming and going all day because of the other companies nearby. It makes the place feel alive, even if it is just an industrial estate. We have a set routine every day, starting early to beat the heat. The team here is mostly made up of technicians and support staff who have been with us for years. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just process what needs to be processed and keep the facility running smoothly. It’s a lot of hard work and keeping an eye on the details. We aren't interested in making big claims about being the best; we just try to be reliable. The office part of the building is small because most of our space is taken up by the production side. It’s a bit noisy, but you get used to it.
