Yadgar Chaha is a small place located at F-53, right near the RL Circle. If you are passing through that area, you probably noticed the crowd around our counter. It is a basic setup where we make tea all day long. We have a few benches for people to sit on, but most folks just stand around and talk while they drink their tea. The stove is always going and the smell of ginger and spices is everywhere. It is a bit messy sometimes because we are so busy, especially in the mornings and right after office hours. I started this place with my brother and we do everything ourselves, from boiling the milk to cleaning the cups. We do not have a menu card or anything like that. Everyone knows what we serve. The RL Circle is a busy junction, so there is always a lot of dust and noise, but people do not seem to mind it much. We use a lot of sugar and fresh milk every day to keep the taste the same. Sometimes we run out of biscuits by the evening if it has been a particularly busy day. It is not a fancy cafe with air conditioning, just a regular spot for a quick cup of tea. We know most of our regular customers by their names now. It is hard work being on our feet all day, but we enjoy the company of the people.
