Prabhusamy Water Co.

Prabhusamy Water Co. is located at 541, 2nd Main Road in Gayathripuram. We have been operating from this house-turned-office for quite a while now. It is a residential area mostly, so we try not to make too much noise, though the water trucks can be loud when they pull in. Our day starts before the sun is fully up because that is when the first orders need to go out. There are three or four of us who handle everything from taking the calls to making sure the tanks are clean. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning. Instead, we usually have the front door open to catch a breeze. The 2nd Main Road is a good spot for us because it is easy for people to find. A lot of our neighbors are also our customers, so we see the same people every day. We don't use any complicated systems for our work. It is mostly just a lot of hard work and making sure we don't forget an address. Sometimes we make mistakes, like getting a house number wrong, but we always go back and fix it. We aren't trying to be a massive company. We just want to provide a reliable service to the people around Gayathripuram. It is a decent way to make a living and we like the community here. It feels like home because it is. We plan on staying right here for as long as we can.
