Our small business is at No. 08 in Hanumantha Nagar, right in H D Kote Town. It is a small town, so everyone kind of knows where everything is located. We do not have a big fancy building, just a simple house that we converted for our work at Nambike Food Products (Opc) Privatelimited. It is a pretty small operation, mostly just me and a helper or two when things get busy during the harvest season. The street outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional tractor or cows walking past the window. We handle all the food processing and packing right here in these rooms. It is a bit crowded with all the bags and equipment, but we know where every single thing is kept. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard in the monsoon, so we have to be careful where we stack the finished products. We do not do any big advertising or have a shiny website to show off. Most people just know us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We have been in Hanumantha Nagar for several years now. It is a good place to live and work because it is not as crazy as the big cities like Bangalore. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch during lunch just to watch the world go by.
