We spend most of our time on the phone or working through paperwork. It’s a lot of coordination to keep everything moving. We don't use fancy titles or wear suits. We’re just a small group of people who know a lot about coffee. The 2nd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get stressful. Saraswathipuram is a great place to work because it’s got a bit of everything. We have been here for a while and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. We don't do much in the way of promotional stuff. People who need to find us usually do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the stock we have and the orders that need to go out. It’s a quiet, busy kind of life and it suits us just fine.
