Our business, Tunisu Impex P. Ltd., is right in the middle of the madness at 135/137 Zaveri Bazar. If you know Mumbai, you know that the bazar is one of the most crowded and energetic places you can be. There is always someone moving something, and the streets are so narrow you can barely squeeze through sometimes. Our office is a small space where we manage our import and export activities. It is usually pretty loud outside, with the sounds of the market filtering through the windows all day. We have grown used to it over time. We handle the paperwork and the logistics for a variety of goods, often working late when the market stays busy. The office itself is quite simple—nothing fancy, just some sturdy furniture and the essential equipment. We do not have a big marketing strategy or a team of salespeople. Most of our business comes from the relationships we have built right here in the bazar over many years. People know they can find us here, and they know we will give them a straight answer without any fluff. It can be exhausting dealing with the crowds every day, but there is a certain energy to this place that you do not find anywhere else. We are just one small part of the huge ecosystem of Zaveri Bazar, doing our best to keep things moving and stay in business for another year.
