We are set up at Om Residency, right across from the Alphine Industrial Estate. Being on Marol Military Road in Andheri East means there is always a lot of movement around us. Our office handles the export and import side of things, so we’re usually buried in shipping documents. It’s a typical Andheri workspace—a bit cramped but very functional. We hear the noise from the industrial estate all day long. It reminds us that there’s a lot of business happening nearby. We spend a lot of time on our computers or on the phone with customs and logistics people. It’s a lot of coordination to get things from one place to another. The office has a few chairs for visitors, but we’re mostly busy at our desks. We aren't into big fancy presentations; we just want to make sure the cargo moves on time. The location is good because it’s easy for transporters to reach us. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick snack at one of the local stalls. It’s a hardworking atmosphere in this part of town. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the guards and other tenants well. It’s a straightforward operation where we just focus on the daily tasks of international trade. We try to stay organized even when the paperwork starts piling up on the desks.
