Our office is over in Mulund West, right in that Estacy Business Park on J. S. D. Road. It is quite near the City of Joy place if you are looking for it. We do export and import stuff mostly. To be honest, it is a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Some days the phones just do not stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to hear the clock ticking on the wall. We have got a small crew working here. The coffee machine breaks down about once a week but we make do with what we have. We handle a lot of different goods coming in and going out of the country. Logistics is tricky sometimes, especially when dealing with the ports and getting the timing right. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. It is just a plain office at number 16. There is nothing too exciting to look at, just a bunch of desks and computers. We spend a lot of time checking tracking numbers and talking to the customs people on the phone. It is just how this business works. Being in Mulund is alright because there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We have been doing this for a long time and we have seen all sorts of items pass through our records. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just sit there waiting for a page to finally load. That is just real life in an export office, I guess. We stay late if a shipment gets stuck somewhere.
