We've been working out of Doctor House on Perin Nariman Street for quite some time now. Being in Fort means there is always a lot of activity around us, which keeps things interesting. It’s an old building, and we are up on the second floor. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls because of the nature of Randwin Exim Pvt. Ltd. We deal with various goods coming in and going out, and it’s mostly about keeping track of shipping schedules and talking to vendors. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with files stacked up, but that’s just how it goes here. People usually find us by looking for the Doctor House entrance near the corner. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. We have wooden desks that have seen better days and a small tea station that gets used a lot in the afternoons. It can get noisy outside with the traffic and people walking by toward the station, but once you’re inside, we just focus on getting the tasks done. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of what we do comes from people we have known for years in the trade. It’s a straightforward way of working, just making sure the boxes get where they need to go on time. Sometimes the internet is slow or the elevator is acting up, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving.
