Zaheer Shaikh & Associates is located over in Navrangpura, specifically at 202 on the Jain Temple Lane in Andheri West. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, which we actually quite like. Being on the lane near the temple means it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have been working out of this space for a good bit now. It’s a small office where we handle all our associate work. We aren't a big firm with a lot of flash. It's mostly just us and our files. People usually find us by word of mouth or if they live nearby in the Andheri West area. We try to be direct and clear with everyone who comes in. There is no corporate script here. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. The office is on the second floor, and we spend most of our time here going through documents and meeting clients. Navrangpura is a nice area to be based in, and we've gotten to know the neighbors pretty well over the years. If you’re looking for the Jain Temple, you’re basically at our doorstep. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure everything is done right. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We might not have the newest computers or fancy leather chairs, but we know the law and the local property market inside and out.
