Adarsh Consultancy is located near the Pump House in Andheri East. It’s a landmark everyone around here knows, so it’s easy to tell people how to get to us. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do consultancy work, which mostly means we spend our time listening to what people need and trying to find the best way to help them through it. Andheri East is always buzzing, and the noise from the street usually makes its way inside, but we’re used to it. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and we like being in the middle of it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy sign outside. Most people hear about us through someone else they know. We just focus on the task at hand. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried in paperwork or on a call. We don't try to act like we have all the answers immediately, but we’ll put in the time to find them. It’s just a small team of us working together. We keep things honest and we don't overcomplicate the process. It’s a local business run by local people who know the grind of the city. We start early and finish when the day's tasks are actually finished, which is usually later than we planned.
