Crisil Limited

We are based in Mumbai, India. It’s a massive city, and being part of Crisil Limited means we are right in the thick of it. Our daily life is pretty much what you’d expect from a busy office in this city. There is a lot of energy, a lot of commuting, and a lot of coffee. We don't really have one of those fancy brochures that tells you how amazing we are. We are just a group of people who are good with data and reports. The office atmosphere is generally focused. You’ll hear the sound of keyboards and people talking over their monitors most of the time. We don't follow a strict corporate script when we talk to each other. It is very much "hey, did you see this" or "can you help with that." Mumbai is a tough city to work in sometimes because of the rain and the crowds, but it gives us a certain grit. We just put our heads down and get the analysis done. It isn't about being the biggest or the loudest. We just want to be accurate. Our space is functional. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. That’s about it. We don't spend money on expensive art for the walls. We’d rather just focus on the task at hand and get home to our families at a decent hour. It’s a simple, hardworking life here in the big city.
