Our office is up on the 5th floor of Midas Chambers, which is just off the New Link Road in Andheri West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but once you get up to the office, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been here for a good while now, and the space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. It’s a typical professional setup, nothing too fancy, just where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in front of screens, handling various tasks for the people we work with. The commute for most of us involves the local trains or the metro, which is just part of living in Mumbai. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we’ve learned to be patient. We have a small pantry where we make tea and eat lunch together. We don't really have a big corporate vibe; it’s more like a group of people who have worked together for a long time. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy street below. We just try to stay organized and get through the pile of work on our desks every day. It’s a steady routine of meetings and emails. We like the location because everything you need is right there in Andheri, which makes things a bit easier for everyone.
