You can find us at 224 Wadala Udyog Bhavan in Wadala East. It’s one of those big industrial buildings where there are hundreds of small businesses all packed together. Rishabh Investment Pvt. Ltd. is just one of the many doors in the hallway. Our space is quite small. We have a couple of desks, a computer, and a lot of stacks of paper. It’s not a fancy investment firm with marble floors. It’s more of a practical office where we sit and go through numbers all day. The hallway outside is usually noisy with people moving goods or walking to the elevator. The elevator in this building is quite old and sometimes you have to wait a long time, so we often just take the stairs. We have a small window that looks out over the industrial estate, but there isn't much of a view. We mostly just focus on what’s on our desks. Sometimes clients come in to talk, and we offer them a glass of water or a cup of tea from the canteen downstairs. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really big reason to. Usually, it’s just plain shirts and trousers. We’ve been in Wadala for a good while and we like the location because it’s easy to get to. It’s just a straightforward place where we handle the business we need to handle.
