The office is located at Powai 373, which is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It is a bit of a trek for some, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different educational stuff here, mostly focusing on helping students figure out what they need to do next with their studies. The desks are usually piled high with papers and application forms that need filling out. It gets pretty noisy when a bunch of people show up at once, all asking questions about exams or courses. We do not have a big fancy lobby, just a few chairs and a table with some old magazines on it. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is a real pain when we are trying to look things up for someone on the computer. We try to keep it simple and just explain things in a way that makes sense, without using all that complicated jargon you find in brochures. It is a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls throughout the day. Usually, we are just grabbing a quick tea between meetings. The building is okay, nothing special, but it is home for the business. People come in looking stressed about their future, and we just sit down and go through the paperwork one page at a time. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday mostly. We keep the doors open and just take it as it comes.
