Carrer Master

Our office is located in Vashi Plaza, specifically on the ground floor at unit C 101. It’s an interesting spot because the address says Mumbai Central on the paperwork, right on the main road, which keeps us pretty connected to the city's pulse. Being on the ground floor means we see everyone walking in and out of the building. It’s a small space, mostly filled with chairs for people who come in to talk about their future plans and jobs. We spend the day looking at resumes and talking about different career paths with anyone who stops by. The Vashi Plaza is a well-known building, so it’s easy for folks to find us even with the heavy traffic on the main road. It can get pretty noisy with the buses and cars outside, but we’ve grown used to it over time. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that; it’s just a workspace with some desks and a lot of folders. Most of our time is spent listening to people and trying to figure out where they might fit in the working world. It’s honest work and we like being right in the middle of everything. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we manage. We just keep things moving and try to be as helpful as we can to the locals.
