Our office is in Vile Parle West, right above Dairy Don on Station Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded it gets around here, especially near the station. We spend our days talking to students who want to go away for their studies. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking details on forms. We sit in B/501 at West View, which is part of Kamla Niwas. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. Usually, the office is full of young people asking about universities and how to get their applications right. We have a lot of files stacked up on the desks. Sometimes it gets a bit loud because of the street noise and the trains, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this building for some time. We don't do anything too fancy. We just sit down with students and their parents and look at their options for going abroad. Vile Parle is a good spot because it’s central for many people in the suburbs. We see a lot of different faces every week. Some are nervous about their exams, and some are just excited to leave. We just try to help them figure out the next step in their education. It’s a busy life here in Mumbai. We grab tea from the local shops when we get a break. It's just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to keep things moving.
