International Certification Services Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 22/23 in the Goodwill Premises. This is part of the Swastic Estate, right on 178 CST Road. If you know Mumbai, you know CST Road is always moving. It is a very busy stretch with cars and people. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that traffic outside. We have two units combined, 22 and 23, so we have a bit more room than some of the other offices in the building. It is a standard business estate setup. Nothing too glamorous, just a functional space with desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We have been here at Swastic Estate for some time. The building has that lived-in feel you find in many Mumbai commercial spaces. You hear the sounds of the city all day, but we are used to it by now. We spend our time going through documents and handling the daily requirements of the business. It is a lot of desk work, really. We take our tea breaks and watch the rain or the sun on CST Road through the windows. It is a convenient location for us, even if the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. We just focus on what is in front of us. It is a solid, honest place to work and we don't feel the need for anything flashier. We are just here doing our jobs in these two units every single day, keeping things moving.
