I.S.O. Certified

You can find us on the 3rd floor of the 'B' Wing in the Gulshan-E-Iqbal Nagar Building. We are right near the National English School, which is a big landmark in this area. Our room number is 303. It's a bit of a climb up if you aren't using the lift, but we’ve got used to it over time. The building is usually full of activity because of the school nearby, so you hear the sounds of kids and bells throughout the day. We focus on certification work here at I.S.O. Certified. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything meets the standards. The office itself is pretty simple—just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. It’s just a place where we do our jobs. Sometimes it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. We aren't a big agency with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us making sure things are done correctly. People come to us when they need their paperwork looked at. We don't use a lot of complicated words when we talk to folks. We just tell them what is missing and what needs to be fixed. It’s a straightforward way of working. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when we take a breather from the paperwork.
