Edu Abroad Consultancy is tucked into the Mittal Tower at Nariman Point. We’re in room C/92. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, right across from the Vidhan Bhavan. If you’ve ever been to this side of the city, you know how it gets with the traffic and the crowds everywhere. We spend our days here talking to students who want to go overseas. The office gets a bit cramped sometimes because of all the files and brochures we keep around, but it’s where we do the work. Being in South Mumbai means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth with schools in different countries. We don’t really do anything fancy; we just sit down and go through the steps. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that's just part of it. Nariman Point is a classic spot for businesses, and Mittal Tower has been around for a long time. You get used to the fast pace after a while. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors, all with different plans for their future. It’s interesting to hear where everyone wants to go and what they want to study. We keep things pretty simple here. It’s just about getting the paperwork right and making sure the details are sorted. It’s a long day usually, but that’s just how Mumbai life is for us.
