Yes Asset Management (India) Limited

Our office is situated on Senapati Bapat Marg at the Elphinstone Road area. We are on the 6th floor of the Yes Bank Tower, specifically in IFC-2, unit 602B. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, and you can always hear the sound of the city from here. Even though the building is quite large, our daily life is pretty grounded. We manage assets, which means we spend hours looking at charts and reading financial reports. The office has a lot of glass and some nice views, but mostly we are just looking at our keyboards. It’s a high-energy environment because of where we are located. We often have quick lunches at our desks because there is always something that needs to be finished. We aren't really into the whole corporate jargon thing. We just talk like normal people and try to get the work done without too much fuss. Being in the Yes Bank Tower means everything is very secure, but it also feels a bit like a maze sometimes. We have a lot of computers running all the time to keep track of everything. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. The area around Elphinstone Road is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time. We’ve stayed here because it’s a central spot and it works for what we do. It’s just how we work.
