Yachts Of Seabourn has a small presence here in Mumbai, tucked away in Johar Mansion on Hill Road. We are at 2/3, number 106. Bandra (W) is a lively spot, and being on Hill Road means there is always something going on outside our windows. We deal with things related to the UK side of the business, mostly handling inquiries or helping with bookings for the ships. It’s not a big glamorous travel agency with posters everywhere. It’s more of a functional office space where we manage the details. 400050 is a busy pin code, so we get a lot of foot traffic nearby, though most people find us through the phone or online. We’ve got some desks and a few phones that ring quite a bit. It’s just a handful of us here. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that; we just show up and do the work. The building, Johar Mansion, has been around for ages. Sometimes it's a bit of a squeeze when we have extra files, but we make it work. We spend our time talking to people about trips and making sure the paperwork is correct. It’s a lot of coordination between here and the UK offices. We don’t overthink it. We just try to get the details right so nobody has problems later on. It’s just a regular job for us, keeping the bookings straight and helping out where we can.
