ACE HR Management

Our office is on Sonawala Road in Goregaon East, at number 206. It’s a busy area with lots of small businesses and workshops around. We handle the HR side of things, which mostly means we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. It’s not as exciting as it sounds, but it’s important work. We help local companies find staff and help people find jobs that fit them. Sometimes the office is quiet with everyone typing away, and other times it’s full of people coming in for interviews. We don’t have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. It’s just a practical workspace where we try to match the right person to the right job. Sonawala Road can get pretty messy during the monsoon, but we’re always here. We see all kinds of people, from young kids looking for their first job to older folks wanting a change. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If a job isn’t a good fit, we say so. It saves everyone time. We’ve been in Goregaon for a while and we know the local market pretty well. It’s just us, a few computers, and a lot of phone calls every single day. We might not always have the answer right away, but we will look through our files and call you back as soon as we can find something that works.
