Path Manpower Consultant

We run Path Manpower Consultant out of a small office on the first floor of Kanjur Business Center. Specifically, we are in Cabin No. 3. It is not a very big space, but it is enough for what we do. We mostly spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. We also talk to businesses that need staff but don't have the time to find them. It is a lot of phone calls and paperwork, to be honest. Some days are really quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We started this because we saw so many people struggling to find the right jobs in the city. We don't promise anything magical, we just try to match the right person with the right opening. The office is usually a bit cluttered with folders and notes we've taken during interviews. Since we are in Kanjur, it is a convenient spot for people coming from different parts of Mumbai. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to make the process a bit easier for everyone involved. It feels good when someone we helped actually gets the job and stays there for a long time. We try to be honest with people about what to expect. That is the only way we know how to work.
